I am Dr.Kunal and I'm 30 years old. As being a endomorph, I used to easily gain a lot of weight. After meeting Prachi, I realised the importance of balanced eating which was much more important than starving to lose weight. I was more energetic during work and exercises and never used to feel hungry except the initial few days when I was adjusting to the new diet.
