She focuses on educating and making people self-equipped to make wise choices in selecting the right food in the right proportion to be eaten at the right time as per different age groups, professions, occasions and health status.
Prachi believes that every person should develop healthy lifestyle habits rather than just focusing on measuring body weight.
Discussing the right health goal with you, designing the right process to achieve it and help you to remain dedicated throughout the process is her real role. Therefore she named this entire program as "Nutrition Coaching", which will benefit people throughout their lifetime.
