As per the World Health Organization (WHO), less than 20% of the world's population is sufficiently physically active. Insufficient physical activity is a key risk factor for non-communicable diseases (NCD) such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer and diabetes.
When it comes to exercise, the majority of people choose any one or two forms of exercise, say either weight training or yogasana or morning walk or aerobics. Many refrain from the word "Weight training" because of certain myths.
This fails to give total physical fitness i.e. Strength, endurance, flexibility and mind-body coordination.
Aashish, therefore, helps a person to understand what is his or her current fitness status by doing some activities and by asking some questions about daily routine and lifestyle activities.
This process is the most important step to design a personality suitable and need-based fitness plan.
Fitness coaching thereby helps not only improve fitness but helps any person to remain consistent, start improving performance at daily activities and avoid any kind of functional injuries. This exercise discipline not only makes you look lean and toned but also helps feel great and strong from within.
